Pilot data and access
The service stores workspace records, product submissions, evidence and usage history. Clerk handles sign-in. Images remain on the VPS, with encrypted offsite backups.
Access
Do not submit personal or regulated data that is unnecessary for a product reference. Workspace owners control team access. Contact your operator for access, retention or deletion requests; withdrawing source rights does not automatically erase audit history.
Operational records
Logs include request identifiers, route, status and duration. The browser stores language and appearance preferences. These pages contain no advertising or marketing analytics trackers.
